Transportation

Constitution Partners offers a comprehensive range of services to clients in the transportation sector. We understand the unique challenges facing the industry responsible for ensuring our nation’s goods and people are safely and efficiently moved across the country and we are privileged to represent strong, well-respected business leaders in this field.

We work closely with clients in the trucking industry to navigate and advocate on state and federal regulations related to emissions standards, fuel efficiency, and other environmental issues. We have worked with entities including the California Air Resource Board and the Environmental Protection Agency, as well as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, both within the Department of Transportation, to educate and engage policymakers as they develop the literal ‘rules of the road.’

The United States is also undergoing a transformation in the transportation sector. We represent clients working on hydrogen fuel cell technologies in addition to entities focused on matters pertaining to EV charging station infrastructure deployment. The Infrastructure Investment & Jobs Act of 2021 and the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 both changed the landscape for our transportation sector and opened the door for new investment opportunities in a wide variety of infrastructure, including highways, bridges, and ports, all of which can help support the growth of the transportation industry and the broader economy.
