Constitution Partners Welcomes Federal & State Veteran Advisor Christina Gungoll Lepore As New Partner
Constitution Partners, led by Denise Bode, a nationally recognized energy expert and former Oklahoma elected official, is pleased to welcome experienced state and federal advisor Christina Gungoll Lepore as a partner, further bolstering the firm’s position as a trusted advisor to energy, critical mineral, food and technology companies and strengthening state relationships.
“Christina is a highly respected veteran of both federal and state government with a deep understanding of how to navigate Congress, federal agencies, state government and the international diplomatic community,” said Bode.

Christina is a veteran of both federal and state government having worked for a member of Oklahoma’s congressional delegation, a former chairman of the House Energy & Commerce Committee, a Senate leadership office, and most recently as senior advisor to the Governor of Oklahoma.
She established the Governor’s Washington Office and advocated for the state’s federal priorities to the White House, federal agencies, and Congress including infrastructure projects key to economic development. She also served as the liaison to other governors’ offices, overseeing his leadership work in the Republican Governors Public Policy Committee and the National Governors Association and also helped to spearhead his international trade and diplomatic engagement in Washington during a period of historic economic development wins for the State. She was recognized nationally by Women in Government Relations (WGR), receiving the 2023 Governor’s Staff Award for Excellence.
Earlier in her career, Christina lived in Europe and Asia and managed government relations for the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore during the period when the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement was being negotiated and led corporate communications for the Singapore subsidiary of Del Monte Pacific Limited.
